The perfect twist on everyones favourite childhood treat.
INGREDIENTS: 1 1Ž2 cups puff rice cereal, 1 1Ž2 tbsp. honey, 2 tbsp. reduced fat butter, 1Ž2 cup oatmeal, 1Ž2 tsp. vanilla extract, 2 scoops of Beyond Yourself Vanilla Ice Cream Whey Recovery or Isolate protein powder.
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 325 F. Lightly grease a 9x9 baking pan. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, then scoop onto the baking pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture is crisp.
Easy Vanilla Protein Cheesecake
A diet conscious alternative to a deli classic.
INGREDIENTS: 1 scoop of Beyond Yourself Vanilla Ice Cream Whey Recovery or Isolate protein powder. 1Ž2 cup fat free cream cheese, 4 tsp. sugar (or sweetener of your choice), 2 tsp. milk.
DIRECTIONS: Mix everything together thoroughly in a bowl and eat as-is.
This is the ultimate pre-packaged snack for those busy days.
Ingedients: 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup non-dairy milk, 1 scoop of Beyond Yourself Chocolate Mousse Whey Recovery or Isolate protein powder, handful of walnuts (optional), for extra sweetness add 1/2 a mashed banana (optional).
DIRECTIONS: In a container with a secure lid, mix all ingredients until well combined. Let sit in fridge overnight (or up to a few days).
