As a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach a common question I get A-LOT is: “What protein powder do you use?”
This is easy…
“Beyond Yourself Vegan Plant Based Protein” 🙌🏼💚🌿
No, I’m not vegan. However I just LOVE this protein because it doesn’t bloat me like so many others do, it’s perfect for adding to my oats, shakes and baking. It also mixes well with liquid and the flavours are UNREAL!
This is an organic, gluten-free and non-GMO blend of plant-based proteins formulated to have a smooth taste and digest easily in the body.
I use my protein daily and feature it in many of my recipe ebooks as well as include it in my client nutrition programs. We all benefit from this protein and all of the delicious flavours it comes in. Perfection 🤌🏼

My girlfriend brought a bag of this on vacation and I became obsessed with the flavour before I even knew it was vegan. I’m not vegan and used to love whey but this is honestly the only protein powder I’ll buy now. Tastes **** out of this world!
I’ve tried everything. Vega. Biosteel. You name it. No one even comes CLOSE to Beyond Vegan. By far the best tasting and smoothest PROTEIN (not just vegan) on the market. Can’t recommend enough!!
By far my favorite protein powder, add it to every smoothie I have. Mostly fruit smoothies. Love the taste.
I even made a video about it.
Give it a try, it’s delicious.
Ok I'm back. This time I tested one conservative scoop (not heaping) with just cold water in my blender bottle and it is better than two scoops for sure, which made it thick and overpoweringly sweet per my first review.
I still taste the stevia a fair bit more than I'd like (I'd prefer not to "taste" the stevia and just enjoy the overall flavour of the product). As mentioned in my first review I have been using stevia for years so it's not just a matter of sensitivity or not liking it. It's prominent.
With that said, otherwise, it is a decent product especially if you aren't drinking it so much for taste but to chug it down and move on with your day (though, you'd think selling a product with names like brownie batter and vanilla cupcake, the target customer cares about taste).
My advice: do one scoop not two, don't add anything sweet to it and just get er done. And buy at discount if you can. This stuff isn't cheap.
I do like that it is dairy free, gluten free, whey free, soy free, plant based and vegan. And it does blend nicely unless your ratio of liquid to powder is off.
So there is that. Just wish we didn't have to sacrifice taste to get it.
