So at first the powder would not dissolve completely as seen in photo #1 but after a while it did also as seen in photo #2 it’s also very sweet like a little to much I’m for sure going to use it all cuz it was still $50 but probably not going to buy again

AminoIQ is my go-to pre-workout mix. I am not a fan of beta-alanine (what gives you the tingles), and don’t like super high caffeine that’s in most pre-workouts. That’s why I love AminoIQ! It’s the perfect amount of caffeine (100mg/scoop), and also includes nootropics and BCAAs - helping keep me dialled in during my workout and recovering better. I highly recommend using this as your pre-workout if you want an extra kick, but don’t want something as aggressive as a classic pre-workout mix.

Where do I start, just kidding after drinking Amino Iq I always know exactly how to convey what I want to say. It helps me be alert, focused and is great for learning. Its also amazing for gaming! Im a huge fan of the product and will continue to use it. The right amount of caffeine and nootropic I find it great to use before training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well. If you are looking to enhance your thought process, and at the same time get a kick of energy Amino IQ won't let you down.

THIS SUPPLEMENT IS 10/10! I have my Amino IQ every morning before my workouts. It gets me pumped up and ready to kill my session. I find that pre workouts are a little too intense for me so this is the perfect match to get me going in the morning. THE TASTE IS UNREAL. I have tried every flavour and LOVE them all. My FAVOURITE would have to be the "Tangy Peach Rings" literally taste like candy!

This has become THE product I go to if i need get focused and dialled into some work.

Good amount of caffeine, but even better nootropic kick that’s perfect that intense focus for banging out work. I’ll occasionally use as my pre, but almost don’t want to waste it.

I was told Amino IQ would change my in sport performance by helping me focus, be more alert, and energized. I was anticipating a preworkout that makes you crack out and itch. IQ is furthest thing from it. Tastes amazing, goes down smooth like a G2 but no calories, no sugar, amazing taste AND it gets me thinking faster and processing the game faster whenever I'm on ice. If you're doing sports, you gotta try amino IQ!

I use this for working out, work and any other activities I could use a little boost like hiking. It gives the perfect boost without any other side affects. Taste is great, mixes well, I've always loved the red white and boom flavour.

Bought it because the nootropic blend looked good and it was a good replacement for morning coffee on hot days. I found that it foamed quite a bit when mixed with a hand blender and tended to have undissolved solids when shaken, so it worked best to mix in advance and leave it in the fridge for half an hour. The Rocket Pop flavor is so good you might want seconds. I can't really say I felt more awake or noticed any other effect from it.

I like the ingredient profile and versatility with a reasonable amount of energy, focus and amino acids. Suitable for use as a mild pre-workout supplement. Great favours.

I wanted to try a new flavour and found this one so fun! It doesn’t taste synthetic or too sweet, I like to add a squeeze of lemon into my mix regardless - great buy!

Taste is amazing. Sometimes something just taste sweet, this one actually taste of something without being overly sweetened. One scoop to 500-700ml works perfectly. The only concern I have is the clumping that happens as you add it to water. It's as if it would not dilute at all. I usually leave it in the fridge for half an hour and it is completely dissolved, just need a small shake before each sip as there is some residue that forms at the bottom, but so does every powder out there. The water actually remains quite clear after the powder is dissolved which is refreshing to see.As for the effects, maybe it's my adhd brain but just like every other powder out there, I cannot notice any difference. Flavour is unreal!

I take amino IQ before I play hockey and I have noticed a significant difference in my focus and concentration. I play later in the evening and at night and would often have “brain fog” going into games. Its only been a handful of uses, but I have noticed a massive difference.
